The first edition of Festival de Rock Progresivo de la ciudad de Toluca (Toluca Progressive Rock Festival) will take place on February 2nd, 2013 in the city of Toluca, which is in Central Mexico, west of Mexico City.

The opening ceremony at 4:30pm will feature guitarist Armando Suarez Sanchez, co-founder of pioneering Mexican progressive rock band Chac Mool.
