Portuguese post-rock band How Comes The Constellations Shine has a new album titled Belongs To Mafra on Fluttery Records. How Comes The Constellations Shine includes ambient and modern classical references; sorrowful peace with trembling guitars, pianos and glitchy tapes.

On Belongs To Mafra the sound has been toned down a little bit, and the piano takes further action on the whole album, allowing the guitars to work like a string ensemble.
