Progressive rock band Galahad has announced that its new studio album of 2012 has been mixed and mastered by Karl Groom at Thin Ice Studios. The title is ‘Beyond the Realms of Euphoria’ and features cover artwork by the talented up and coming young British artist Emma Grzonkowski.
“Roy spotted some of Emma’s art in a local gallery and was immediately struck by the vibrancy of her work and as we felt that this album had to be the opposite of ‘Battle Scars‘, at least in terms of the visual representation, also as we wanted something vibrant, bright and colourful to symbolise hope, good times and a bright future, we felt that Emma’s image fitted the remit perfectly,” says Galahad vocalist Stu Nicholson.
The official release date is Monday 1st October, however pre-orders are now being taken at www.galahadonline.com. Initially the album will be available on CD and Download directly from Galahad, with, hopefully, a vinyl LP version due shortly after. The album will also be available from all the usual online sources.
