Symphonic progressive rock band The Enid will return to London on Saturday, October 11th, 2014 to perform at The Dome in Tufnell Park.
“We are proud to be working with House of Progression, a group who recently gave up their residency at the established Peel in Kingston. They have now found a perfect new venue to become the breeding ground for all up and coming progressive music acts, The Dome,” said The Enid.
“A gig should NEVER just be a gig. It should be a Great Experience,” said Jon Patrick, House of Progression. “It should be in a comfortable environment. The drinks should not be overpriced, the artists should receive 100% of all merch sales and you should have the time to meet and greet with the artists and not be herded out by flunkies because a club is about to start 3 seconds after the last chord has been played. This venue ticks all of those boxes and more. It is situated in Tufnell Park. That in itself is a great thing as it has a Spinal Tap reference.”
The group’s most recent recordings include Journey’s End (2010), Live at Town Hall, Birmingham (2010), Live with The CBSO at Symphony Hall (2012), Invicta (2012). The Enid’s classics include In The Region Of The Summer Stars, Aerie Faerie Nonsense, Six Pieces, Touch Me.
