Behind Black Clouds is the title of the new release by Monochromie, the musical project of Wilson Trouvé. Behind Black Clouds crosses various musical boundaries, mixing ambient electronica, noise and post-rock. Every song is designed with the resonance of a particular atmosphere. The album’s primary instrument is a piano.

Although most of Behind Black Clouds was composed in Wilson Trouvé’s studio in Marseilles, the piano styles vary according to a place Wilson was in. Behind Black Clouds features piano recordings along with samples taken from the street and with melodies, effects and other instruments like metallophones and melodica.
