Chilean progressive rock band Aisles have released a new song titled ‘Time (A Conversation with my Therapist)’. This is the last single before they release their new album “Beyond Drama” on April 5th.
“The song is influenced by the melodies of Marillion, Pink Floyd and Steven Wilson, and we feel it’s one of the most accessible songs on the album,’ says the band.
Guitarist and songwriter Germán Vergara added: “I wrote the lyrics imagining a hypothetical conversation with my therapist about the end of a long relationship with my partner at the time. The message of the song is that nobody is at fault but the course of time. I wanted to convey the feeling that everything was lost, the strain of work, the loss of joy, but also of the need to leave everything behind and move forward to get out of that state”.
