Brian Tarquin & Heavy Friends have released a new music video titled “Beyond the Warrior’s Eyes” featuring the renowned violinist Jean Luc Ponty. The video is a visually captivating creation, combining musical skill with the imagery of Roman gladiators.
Brian Tarquin explained, “We are warriors in the musical sense. We took on the mission of giving praise and thanks to veterans around the world through our musical message.” The A.I.-generated video, directed by Dave Pellizza, showcases Tarquin and Ponty on a musical mission amidst classical Roman settings. Pellizza, known for his work on the Josie-award-winning “Brothers in Arms” video with Tarquin and Joe Satriani, was instructed to depart from the modern warfare theme and embrace the ancient world of Spartans and Romans for this project. Tarquin provided performance videos of himself and Jean Luc Ponty for Pellizza to transform.
