Colin Bass (Camel) and Daniel Biro’s More marks their second album together, following their debut Still in 2020. More also features special guest appearances by Andy Latimer, renowned for his work with Camel, contributing his distinctive tone to four tracks.
Although we have the presence of progressive rock and electronic music artists, More is a project of delightful, simple, easygoing, accessible songs. It features Bass’ bucolic vocals and elegant electric bass used as a melodic lead and folk style acoustic guitars, intertwined with Biro’s splendid ambient and cinematic synthscapes made with gentle synthesizers and crystalline electric piano. Meanwhile, Andy Latimer adds his signature Camel guitar and flute sound to some songs, injecting them with an engaging and highly enjoyable progressive rock flavor.
