Jethro Tull has announced the release of their latest album, Curious Ruminant, set to debut on March 7, 2025. This record marks the band’s third consecutive release, following The Zealot Gene (2022) and RökFlöte (2023). The album features nine tracks, ranging from concise pieces to an ambitious 17-minute composition, featuring a mix of intricate full-band arrangements.
The lineup includes current members David Goodier (bass), John O’Hara (keyboards), Scott Hammond (drums), and guitarist Jack Clark, making his recording debut with the band. Joining them are former members Andrew Giddings (keyboards) and James Duncan (drums).
To accompany the announcement, the band released the title track, “Curious Ruminant,” digitally, paired with a video by Costin Chioreanu, known for his work on the RökFlöte video Ginnungagap.
