We are glad to have my favorite metal band of 2024 back for a talk about their new album, Sunny. Please welcome back lead singer and lyricist, Ammy Phoenix; lead guitarist, movie producer, and multi-instrumentalist, Pete Renzullo; and Amy’s husband Anthony “Ant” Phoenix, the drummer of the band Ammify.
