Younger Brother Casts A Halloween Spell: “A Paradox Of Witches” Arrives October 27

Younger Brother, the electronica duo of Simon Posford (Shpongle) and Benji Vaughan, will release the single “A Paradox Of Witches” on October 27 via Twisted Records. The track previews the pair’s forthcoming fourth album, Mutually Assured Distraction.

The project began after a late-1990s charity collaboration, leading to a first release in 2000 and three albums across the 2000s and 2010s that built a global cult following. Posford and Vaughan returned to the studio in 2020 and have since debuted new material at Hungary’s Ozora Festival.

“A Paradox Of Witches” draws on English folklore, with a title that nods to Shakespeare, and features vocals by Solar Kid. The single arrives in two versions. Fans can expect more details on Mutually Assured Distraction soon.
