TaboTago — The Neukölln Concert (2026)

TaboTago has released The Neukölln Concert, a magnificent live recording from KulturCafé Neukölln in Berlin that captures the duo’s February 20, 2026, performance. The release revisits the influential Berlin School electronic music tradition through a contemporary modular synthesizer setup, with an emphasis on transfixing sequenced motion, sustained pulse, and wide atmospheric sound design.

Moreover, the set takes cues from the idea of crossing the Rubicon and from Neukölln’s maze-like street layout. As a result, the performance favors gradual shifts, extended patterns, and measured sections. The release presents a clear connection between classic electronic music forms and present-day live performances.

Musicians: Bernhard Wöstheinrich on synthesizer, keyboards, sequencer; Leander Reininghaus on bass, Electronics; and Andreas von Garnier on synthesizer, keyboards, sequencer.
