The album cover for Koenjihyakkei – Live at Club Goodman features an homage to traditional Japanese ukiyo-e art. It depicts three exaggerated, expressive figures in period attire, rendered in muted tones of pink, beige, and red. The title is split between Japanese characters and Roman letters, with retro-futuristic typography.
