General Tickets for Progressive Rock Festival Farfest on Sale Monday 5/21

The general tickets for the eagerly anticipated Farfest 2012 festival go on sale this Monday May 21, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. EST.

Farfest is a new music festival that will concentrate on 1970s and contemporary 70s-sounding progressive rock bands. The first Farfest will take place at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware on October 4th – 7th, 2012.

The goal of Farfest is to showcase legendary 1970s progressive rock bands that a lot of music fans only dreamed of ever seeing live and bring them all together in one festival.

The 2012 edition features Alphataurus, Anekdoten, Atoll, Cathedral, Cressida, Latte E Miele, Locanda Delle Fate, Maxophone, Mezquita, Pulsar, SBB, Shylock, Wobbler.

There are 3 levels of tickets available: $250, $200 & $150 depending on the seat location and they are being sold solely through the Grand Opera House box office. There will be 1 ticket for the entire festival (3 & 1/4 days) and all tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

To order tickets on-line, residents in the USA must register with The Grand. Go to http://www.ticketsatthegrand.org to do so. If you plan on ordering tickets the second they go on sale then you should register in advance.
