Franck Carducci
Netherlands-based progressive rock multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and composer Franck Carducci has released his first music video. Alice’s Eerie Dream (radio edit), directed by Robin Zom, is a song that appears in Franck Carducci’s most recent album Oddity.

’Alice’ is a funny song around the theme of Alice in Wonderland and I really do hope you’ll enjoy watching the video as much as we enjoyed making it,” says Carducci.

The video features Saskia van Tilborg as Alice; Kieran Dolan as the Red Queen; Sue Onken as the White Rabbit; Roy van Oost as Tweedledee (and Tweedledum); Gemma Neeleman as the tea party guest; and Franck Carducci as the Mad Hatter.

The live performance from the Mad Hatter’s Band includes Roy van Oost, Toff “crazy monk”, Tom Smith, Michael Strobel, and Franck Carducci.

The music was provided by Larry Crockett on drums, Michael Strobel on lead guitar, Richard Vecchi on Hammond organ, and Franck Carducci on vocals, bass, and rhythm guitar.

Lyrics:

You thought this land was just your dream
    Looking beyond the wide horizon
You did not fear the wicked queen
    Standing across the wild ocean
Since I’ve been losing you, my heart’s been so lonely
Since I’ve been losing you, my world’s been so sad

    Instead of quenching my desire
‘been searching for you all my life
And if I got as mad as a hatter
T’was the only way I could survive
Since I’ve been losing you, my heart’s been so lonely
Since I’ve been losing you, my world’s been so drab

The daydreams of your childhood light
Have now all vanished in the wind
Along your journey through this dark night
You please the lords of the red pimp queen
Since I’ve been losing you, my heart’s been so lonely
Since I’ve been losing you, my world’s been so drab
