Greg Lake’s Hit Single I Believe in Father Christmas Restored on Video

The video for the hit song “I Believe in Father Christmas” by Greg Lake has been restored. The new version was meticulously and expertly restored to a very high standard from a recently discovered rare copy of the original film. The new version includes alternate footage to the version currently available.

The catchy single was originally a hit worldwide in 1975, reaching Number 2 in the UK charts and selling over 13,000 copies in two days. Greg, who died on December 7th, 2016 co-wrote the single with Pete Sinfield. Greg Lake was bassist, guitarist and singer with the progressive rock supergropup Emerson, Lake & Palmer (ELP). Lake was also a former member of progressive rock pioneers King Crimson.

“I Believe in Father Christmas” appears in the superb career-spanning, Greg Lake ‘Anthology’, which is available as a Deluxe 2CD, 2LP, Digital and Streaming. The album contains rare and unseen photos, extensive notes and tributes to Greg Lake.
