Dei Ricordi, un Museo is the debut album of Stefano Lupo Galifi. He was the vocalist of one of Italy’s most treasured progressive rock bands, Museo Rosenbach. Most recently, he has performed as a member of acclaimed progressive rock band Tempio delle Clessidre.
One of the admirable things about the Italian progressive rock scene is the large amount of artists and the level of cooperation. On this occasion, Galifi is joined by an impressive cast of musicians from top tier progressive bands, including members of La Coscienza di Zeno, Hostsonaten and Ubi Maior.
Dei Ricordi, un Museo is Italian progressive rock at it best, classic and modern at the same time. Stefano Lupo Galifi is a superb singer who delivers that dramatic, unmistakable Italian style of progressive rock singing. The instrumental side of the album is truly fantastic, featuring masterfully-crafted arrangements and memorable melodies.
