Robeone is the captivating solo project of keyboardist and composer Robert Schindler. Although he has worked with artists in mainstream genres, he plays a satisfying form of progressive music that crosses various boundaries, including progressive rock, futuristic jazz, symphonic sounds, cinematic electronic music, neoclassical piano and a dash of world music.
On Robeone’s latest album you’ll hear an astonishing diversity of keyboard sounds. The evocative synth melodies and atmospheres seem to be deeply inspired by Vangelis’ work. However, you’ll also find gorgeous Mellotron sounds, elegant electric piano and impressive rapid fire solos.
