Last Knight is an international music project that was established in 1997 with the aim of producing masterfuly-crafted progressive rock music. This project, which is coordinated by the Spanish producer and songwriter José Manuel Medina, involves skilled musicians from different parts of the world collaborating via the internet in recording sessions. Last Knight’s music style is a fusion of various musical genres, appealing to audiences who appreciate diverse progressive music styles rooted in symphonic rock.

The captivating album “Seven Deadly Sins” by Last Knight, inspired by Dante Alighieri’s “The Divine Comedy,” endeavors to illustrate the vices of human beings in the philosophical context of the seven deadly sins. The album offers seventy minutes of stunning and wide-ranging musical landscapes rooted in the magnificent progressive rock style of the seventies, produced by Argentine/Spanish producer Pablo Lato.

As is customary in Last Knight’s productions, the album presents a broad range of instrumentation performed by talented musicians from various parts of the world. Seven Deadly Sins features renowned musicians such as John Mitchell (Arena, It Bites), Theo Travis (Travis & Fripp, Soft Machine Legacy, David Gilmour), Richie Castellano (Blue Öyster Cult), Gus Lato (Funes), among others. Notably, Seven Deadly Sins is dedicated to the memory of John Wetton, a celebrated rock musician who passed away in 2017.

The participants contribute a wide range of musical instruments, in addition to vocals, such as keyboards, grand piano, tenor sax, flute, electric and acoustic guitars, Hammond B3 organ, drums, pedal steel guitar, violin, cello, bass, backing vocals, percussion, and orchestrations. Orchestral parts on the album were performed by The Somnus Symphony Orchestra, while the artwork was created by James Lobaco and Miguel Angel Magdalena.
