Henrik Meierkord’s Aeitreisen is a deeply mesmerizing electronic music album. The virtuoso Swedish composer from Stockholm uses the cello as the cornerstone of his musical explorations. However, Meierkord uses other instruments and devices such as effect pedals to construct his enlightened and spellbinding aural landscapes that defy convention.
