The cover of Quattro Racconti features four circular illustrations set against a dark green background. Each circle depicts a different scene: a rocky, smoking mountain landscape; a castle beside a large tree; a barren forest with a lone figure; and a snowy expanse with a cloaked traveler. In the center, two ribbon-like banners display the artist’s name, Lars Fredrik Frøislie, and the album title, Quattro Racconti.

Lupo Joins Lars Fredrik Frøislie: Debut Recast In Italian

Wobbler keyboardist Lars Fredrik Frøislie will release an Italian-language version of his 2023 solo debut on October 24, 2025. Titled Quattro Racconti, the set features Museo Rosenbach’s Stefano “Lupo” Galifi on vocals.

Fire Fortellinger earned strong attention among progressive rock listeners in 2023. Frøislie has long cited Italian progressive rock, and Museo Rosenbach in particular, as a key influence, which set the stage for this collaboration.

The project began with a single track. Frøislie recorded “Et sted under himmelhvelvet” in Italian with Galifi; the 10-inch “Un Posto Sotto il Cielo” followed. Momentum continued in 2024 when Wobbler played a festival in Italy, and Frøislie visited Galifi to track vocals for the remaining songs.

I imagined an Italian version in my head with Stefano ‘Lupo’ Galifi’s vocals,” Frøislie said. “Hearing a voice I’ve known and loved for much of my life singing my songs felt both emotional and surreal.”
