The Hideaway Sessions is the new album from southern California jazz fusion band TriTone Asylum. The excellent ensemble brings together some of the best players in Los Angeles. Their captivating style incorporates a wide range of influences, from irresistible funk jazz and Weather Report virtuosity to Pat Metheny sensibility, world music beats, and even Focus-style progressive rock elements.

TriTone Asylum delivers stellar keyboard and guitar performances and guitar-keyboard interaction. The group is led by bassist Peter Sepsis and electronic valve instrument (EVI) specialist Philip Topping.

The lineup includes Philip Topping on electronic valve instrument; Ian Vo on saxophone; Andy Waddell on guitar; Mitch Forman on keyboards; Peter Sepsis on bass; Dave Johnstone on drums; Allen Mascari, Gary Herbig on saxophones; Henri Wilkinson on keyboards; Baba Sissoko on percussion and vocals; and Billy Hulting on percussion.
