YES Icon Jon Anderson and The Band Geeks to Release New Album ‘True’

Renowned musician, songwriter and vocalist Jon Anderson, celebrated as a legend from his time with progressive rock band YES, has announced the release of a new album with The Band Geeks. Titled True, and set for release on August 23, Jon Anderson extends his creative partnership with The Band Geeks to craft new material, resulting in a 9-song collection poised to delight fans.

The album’s rollout includes the premiere of two singles and accompanying videos, with the first single, “Shine On,” slated for mid-June.

    PLEASE… PLEASE make a stop on your Tour in the Pacific Northwest . Been a fan Of yours since 1972. Was even lucky to meet you and Yes in 2004 in Seattle for a meet and great.

    l live in Salem Oregon and willing to travel to see you before….one day you retire.

  2. Been a Yes fan since “Roundabout”. When Jon left, (the only true voice of Yes), I left. Now that Chris Squire is gone, a full on Yes revival is gone forever with the added loss of Alan White. I anxiously await to hear the new Jon Anderson material.

  4. I have seen YES on the 90125, Talk, open your eyes, Magnification, and twice in 5 days for the 35th anniversary tour. I got to see you for the 1000 hand tour. Stopped listening and buying yes music after you got kicked out. Please Mr. Anderson, come back to Grand Rapids Michigan. My favorite song is Awaken.( Keys album) You came to 20 Monroe in Grand Rapids Michigan. Please!

I have gotten to see you with Yes on the 90125, Open your eyes, Talk, Symphonic, Magnification and twice in 5 days the 35th anniversary tours. I’ve seen your 1000 hands show. After you were let go, I have not listened to any new Yes music. It’s not the same. You have been to my city at 20 Monroe live. Van Andal. Also Pine knob, Palace of Auburn Hill (Demolished) and the Fox theater. My favorite song is Awaken. Please put Grand Rapids Michigan on this tour. I have been waiting to hear you for a very long time.
